From the outset Screen Engineering has put purpose at the heart of its mission. We introduced work anywhere anytime and unlimited holiday, on demand, to enable more women to take on STEM roles, as we recognise the disproportionate numbers who have caring and other responsibilities and the barriers this creates to entering / remaining in the workplace.

Our tree planting initiative sees us donate a percentage of our profits to sustainable planting programmes that help to restore habitats and remove carbon from the atmosphere.

The foundation of our business is built on the idea of working in communities to enable people. We shall continue to invest to advance this aim, through which communities will feel direct benefits.
