From the outset Screen Engineering has put purpose at the heart of its mission. We introduced work anywhere anytime and unlimited holiday to enable more women to take on STEM roles, as we recognise the disproportionate numbers who have caring and other responsibilities  and the barriers this creates to remaining in the workplace.

Our tree planting programme is contributing to sustainable growing programmes that help to restore habitats and remove carbon from the atmosphere.

We will continue to work within communities to enable people.
